What’s the maximum number of rows the SEQUENCE function allows?

In a new Excel worksheet, I enter this formula in A1:
=SEQUENCE(3276,16384)
After waiting 12 seconds, a spilled sequence is generated from 1 in A1 to 53673984 in XFD3276.
XFD is indeed the 16384th column of a worksheet — the very last one.
If I bump up the rows
value to 3277, an error pops up after five seconds saying:
“Excel ran out of resources while attempting to calculate one or more formulas. As a result, these formulas cannot be evaluated.”

So, we know what the threshold is for me.
But what about you? How much can you increase the rows
value before getting an error?
I’m using a MacBook Pro with Excel installed on a virtual Windows 11, so many of you are bound to beat me on a dedicated Windows computer.
