Searchable Dropdown Lists

I’m pleased to say that searchable dropdown lists have finally made their way into my Excel!

Now I can search for something and get a filtered list of suggestions. Previously, the only option was to rely on a stopgap solution involving VBA or formulas.

I was first informed about this feature at the start of the year, but it’s taken longer than expected to arrive.

While this is nothing new for Excel for the web and Google Sheets users, it’s great to see it come to the desktop.
